They Call Your Gift Demonic But Your Ancestors Call You Chosen

I want to start by saying this is coming from a very specific place in my journey.

My Life Path is 33, which is the same age Jesus was when he transitioned.

That number carries spiritual responsibility compassion and DEEP intuitive insight. When I speak about spiritual experiences and gifts I’m speaking from a lived understanding and from a calling confirmed by Spirit again and again of the course of 20+ years.

Now that that’s out of the way… Let’s start with why they do this. Which brings me to the first topic.

People Only Know What They Were Conditioned To Think

There’s a reason someone’s first reaction to your gift isn’t always curiosity. Most people haven’t questioned what they were taught about intuition energy or spiritual connection. They grew up in belief systems that told them the unseen was dangerous or something to fear. So when you step into your intuitive awareness others react from their conditioning not from truth.

They aren’t responding to you, they’re responding to a belief they never examined.

They’ll Shrug You Off Because They Don’t Understand

You might notice people dismiss your insight with a quick shrug or a polite nod that really says I don’t know what to do with this.

They aren’t evaluating your gift. They are simply uncomfortable with the unfamiliar. Some folks live their whole lives filtering reality through what they THINK is real instead of what they FEEL is real.

You don’t need to shrink your light to make them comfortable with their own limits.

They’ll Make Smart Remarks But Don’t Understand You’ve Built a Tolerance for Realistic BS

There are times when someone will say something sharp or sarcastic hoping to rattle you. But here’s the thing lol…

Your intuition has sharpened your discernment so much that you’ve already learned how to filter through fear based comments. Over time you build a tolerance for unrealistic reactionary responses and a stronger sense of what is grounded truth versus what is projection.

Congratulations, that isn’t arrogance, it’s spiritual maturity!

Truth Be Told a Lot of Religions Already Believe in These Gifts

It’s interesting that many religious traditions, including Christianity, have always held roles for prophecy visions and spiritual guidance.

These are intuitive gifts.

If you read ancient teachings with an open mind you see that communication beyond the physical world has long been part of spiritual experience.

What changes isn’t the gift, it’s the interpretation. Most people don’t realize the very abilities they write off are often celebrated in their own traditions.

Your Ancestors Keep the Naysayers Away Through Spiritual Protection

As your gift develops you may notice certain people slowly disappear from your life.

Conversations go cold.

People pull back without explanation.

That isn’t random. That’s spiritual protection honey. Your ancestors see what your ego doesn’t always see.

They filter who can energetically walk beside you so you aren’t drained by energies that aren’t meant to travel with you on this path. Sometimes protection feels like distance and that’s exactly what Spirit provides.

Those Who Claim It’s Darkness Are Usually Afraid to Pursue Their True Passion

When someone calls your gift dark or dangerous they are usually confronting their own hesitations and unexpressed gifts. People judge what they fear.

When you step confidently into your awareness, especially in ways others have bottled up, reactions come from their own inner resistance. It isn’t about you. It’s about their own patterns of judgment and fear they never resolved.

When Conversations Go Cold That’s Spiritual Protection

You might feel the energetic shift when someone pulls away. You notice the silence when someone once engaged now barely reaches out.

Spirit is very good at this.

Sometimes what looks like isolation is actually divine alignment clearing space for new energy that supports your growth. Your intuition can feel it long before your mind understands it.

Don’t Gaslight Yourself When Others Have Already Told You You’re Gifted

One of the greatest traps is letting someone else’s misunderstanding make you doubt what you already know about yourself.

You have been told you’re intuitive more times than you have been told you’re wrong.

You’ve delivered clarity you had no logical way of knowing.

You’ve felt confirmations in your body when Spirit spoke through you.

The positive evidence of your gift outweighs the skeptics every time.

Final Understanding

People may misunderstand your gift. They may say it’s demonic or unsafe or “too much.” They may project their fears onto what they cannot explain. But Spirit never makes mistakes and your ancestors never led you astray.

They may call your gift demonic

Your ancestors call you chosen.

You weren’t meant to fit into someone else’s comfort zone. You were meant to expand what is possible. Your gift is real your calling is intentional and Spirit stands with you every step of the way.
